After the Quake in Pisco

We drove through Pisco, one of the most heavily damaged areas in Peru following the 2007 earthquake. Entire neighborhoods are lined with these tents where houses used to be. Only the mailbox remained at one of these sites we saw. Fellow traveler, Teresa, donated her sleeping bag to one Peruvian who was without even a tent to sleep in.
